Our customized fuel cell test systems are the optimal solutions for fundamental research and applied research. Whether university, research institute or company, you will benefit from our long lasting experience in development and use of PolymerElectrolyteMembrane Fuel Cells (PEM-FC).

Our systems are developed for PEM singe cell or PEM stack testing application and they are suitable for:
- LT-PEM (Low temperature PEM 30 – 80 °C)
- MT-EPM (Medium temperature PEM 30 – 120 °C)
- HT-EPM (High temperature PEM 120 – 180 °C)
A combination of several or all temperature applications within one test system is possible. The multi-level safety concept and the decentralized control system facilitate a safe and fully automated operation (24/7).
With manifold accessories the test system can be easily adapted to (nearly) every customer request. With additional components like current density distribution measurement or MEA compression measurement with path sensor you can proper evaluate MEAs and develop MEAs use-orientated. With the CHP simulator module you simulate the system operation within a system. Electrochemical characterization, for example cyclic voltammetry will be supported by adapted operations modes.
PEM fuel cell test system inhouse|CellTest
The test system “inhouse|CellTest” is the most suitable tool for development and characterizing of PEM fuel cell components like the heart of a fuel cell – the MEA.
Also for analysis of operation and degradation behavior of MEAs under accelerated aging conditions “inhouse|CellTest” provides best test conditions.
With manifold accessories the test system can be easily adapted to (nearly) every customer request. With additional components like current density distribution measurement or MEA compression measurement with path sensor you can proper evaluate MEAs and develop MEAs use-orientated. Electrochemical characterization, for example cyclic voltammetry will be supported by adapted operations modes.

PEM fuel cell test system inhouse|StackTest
The test system “inhouse|StackTest” is the most suitable tool for characterization of LT-PEM Fuel Cell Stacks for research, development and teaching. Beside performance and efficiency you are also able to evaluate robustness and long-term stability (degradation) of LT-PEM-Stacks.
With various accessories the test system can be adapted to nearly each customer request. With the additional module “CHP simulation” the test system can be easily enhanced and is usable for application-orientated research for stationary power supply.
